This contractual document shall govern the purchasing and delivery of products and services through the website blueeyesibiza.com, property of BLUE EYES IBIZA GROUP SL, hereinafter the PROVIDER.
Accepting this document implies that the USER:
- Has read and understood the above.
- Is a person with sufficient capacity to enter into contract.
- Assumes all obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will be valid indefinitely and applicable to all orders submitted through the PROVIDER's website.
The PROVIDER informs that the business is liable and understands the current laws of the countries to which it sends its products and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions acquired prior to the modification.
Identity of the contracting parties

Contracting procedure
The USER, in order to access the services or products offered by the PROVIDER, must fill out a form or send an email. 3. COMPETENCY
The USER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations agreed in the purchase.
If any of the terms and conditions are considered null or impossible to fulfil, the validity, legality and fulfilment of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected or modified in any way.
The USER declares to have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries made by the PROVIDER are subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
No modification, alteration or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of BLUE EYES IBIZA GROUP SL or stipulated herein shall take effect, unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by the PROVIDER, in which case, these particular agreements shall prevail.
Given the continuous technical advances and product improvements, the PROVIDER reserves the right to modify its specifications with respect to the information provided in its advertisements, as long as this does not affect the value of the products offered. These changes shall also apply in the event that, for any reason, the possibility of supplying the products offered is affected.
5. PRICE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other applicable taxes. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include any other additional services and attachments to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and shall be shown in Euros. The USER accepts that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time.
Before making your purchase, you can check all details of the estimate online: items, quantities, price, availability, charges, discounts, taxes and the total amount of the purchase. Prices may change daily as long as the order has not been placed.
Once the reservation is made, the prices will be maintained whether there are changes or not.
Any payment made to the PROVIDER entails sending an invoice in the name of the registered USER or of the company name that they indicated while placing the order. This invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the USER.

6. FORMAS DE PAGO

- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard not fees applied. AMEX additional fee of 5%.
7. PURCHASE PROCESS
The USER must fill in the request form or send an email to info@blueeyesibiza.com to verify that the product that he wishes to contract is available on the selected dates, once the PROVIDER has confirmed its availability, he will send him a payment link With credit card or account number for bank transfer 50% of the total cost to make the reservation. The remaining 50% will be made the same day of the reservation.
Once the reservation is processed, the PROVIDER instantly sends an email with the confirmation.
8. GUARANTEES
All the products offered by BLUE EYES IBIZA GROUP SL have a rental license, insurance and safety equipment.
BLUE EYES IBIZA GROUP SL describes the details, technical characteristics and photographs of the products provided, so that it is not bound by these public statements.
BLUE EYES IBIZA GROUP SL will respond to the USER for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product.
CANCELACION POLICY 2024
The booking will be confirmed once payment of 100% of the total amount of the rental has been received.
Any pending amount must be paid before delivery. In case the product is cancelled, the following refunds on the fee will be applied:
FULL REFUND: all bookings cancelled within 15 days prior to departure
REFUND OF 75%: all bookings cancelled within 14 and 7 days prior to departure
REFUND OF 50%: all bookings cancelled within 7 days and 48 hours prior to departure
REFUND OF 25%: all bookings cancelled within 48 hours and the time of departure.
NO REFUND: When the client does not show up
